1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Magic Price API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Magic Price provides predicted prices for Magic: The Gathering cards via a REST API. Predictions are generated by a proprietary machine learning model and are estimates only — they do not constitute financial advice or guaranteed market prices.

3. API Keys and Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to obtain an API key.
• You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential.
• One API key per email address. Duplicate registrations may be revoked.
• We reserve the right to revoke API keys that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Exceed the rate limits of your tier.
• Resell or redistribute API data as a competing service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the prediction model.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure.

5. Rate Limits and Tiers

The Service is offered in tiers with daily request limits. Exceeding your limit will result in a 429 response until the next UTC day. Upgrading tiers is available upon request.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Predictions are estimates and may differ from actual market prices. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Magic Price be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on predicted prices.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your API key will be deactivated.
